Khawateen Rozgar services participated in Career fair in University of Peshawar on 6th March 2019 where more than 150 students submitted their CV’s to the company for consideration of Jobs. The female students took keen interest in the services being offered for the females.

MoU Between UET Mardan and Khawateen Rozgar Services

Khawateen Rozgar Services and UET Mardan signed an MoU on 28th February to enhance the female participation in the field of engineering. The partnership of the two entities will ensure that maximum number of female engineer graduates receive relevant job opportunities.

MoU between City University and Khawateen Rozgar Services

A memorandum of understanding was signed between Khawateen Rozgar Services and City University on 25th February 2019 to enhance the women employability in the society. City university is one of the top ranked universities in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where as Khawateen Rozgar Services works to provide job opportunities to the females and acts as a bridge between the organizations/companies and females. The MoU signing event started with brief introduction of the event and importance of the collaboration between Khawateen Rozgar services and City university by Director CDC, Mr. Abdul Haq. Mr. Abdul Haq further discussed how important it is to collaborate with organizations to work the welfare and prosperity of the females in our society. Ms. Misbah Faiz, founder of Khawateen Rozgar Services emphasized how significant it is to stand for the empowerment of women in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. She further explained that the collaboration between City University and Khawateen Rozgar Services will be able to provide job opportunities to the females, internship and volunteer opportunities to the females, and relevant trainings will also be carried out to make the females ready for the job market. It was also emphasized that the partnership will help to enhance the number of females in the workforce in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Khawateen Rozgar Services works for providing relevant job opportunities to the females and enhancing their potential. The speeches were followed by signing of the MoU on the event by Director CDC, Mr Abdul Haq and Chief Executive Khawateen Rozgar Services, Ms. Misbah Faiz. Shields were distributed amongst the members of Khawateen Rozgar Services by the officials of City university on the occasion. The event was attended by female faculty, female administrative staff of City University, higher officials City University and team of Khawateen Rozgar Services The overwhelming response of the audience added to the charm of the event.

MoU between FAST-NU and Khawateen Rozgar Services

MoU between KP-TEVTA and Khawateen Rozgar Services

Khawateen Rozgar Services has reached yet another milestone by signing MoU with KP-TEVTA in the presence of Chief Minister KP, Mr. Mehmood Khan, Finance Minister, Mr. Taimur Jhagra and Secretory Industries on 22nd February 2019. The understanding of both the parties will enhance the job placement of the females in the TVET Sector and the capacity building programs will make the females ready for the job market. Furthermore, in this manner demand-based trainings will also be initiated in the TVET sector of the province. The MoU was signed on the inauguration ceremony of Centre of renewable energy (CORE) located at Government Advanced Technical Training Center (GATTC).

MoU Signing between Khawateen Rozgar Services and CECOS University

Khawateen Rozgar Services signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CECOS University, Peshawar on 14th February 2019 for the enhancement of women employability in the region and to empower the females of the society. The MoU was signed by the Chief executive of Khawateen Rozgar Services, Ms. Misbah Faiz and Vice Chancellor of CECOS Univeristy, Dr.Riaz Ahmed Khattak.

Cecos Event: A Human Rights-Based approach and having no one behind.

An auspiciously inspiring, motivating and empowering event that was held on 24th January ,2019 at the CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences Peshawar. The organizing of the event was all due possible by the efforts of cynosure student society of the university. The theme of the event was based on a diligent topic widely known as “human rights-based approach”. Nevertheless the topic was complemented by another phrase of “having no one behind.” The glamorous event held a variety of sensitive yet inspiring topics aimed at the empowerment of women of the nation. The event held a speaker session and the motivational speakers consisted of Ms. Zarmina Orakzai and Ms.Misbah Faiz of khawateen rozgar services that touched the audience emotionally and in an inspiring way by delivering a speaker session about the problems and challenges faced by women of the nation. There was another intellectual speaker session delivered by the Mr. Irfan Mahsud of the Cecos university about the status of women in Islam. The overwhelming response of the audience added to the charm of the event.

Women leader’s adventure camp 3.

Women Leaders adventure camp 3 was a 4 days camp held at Swat from 27th December to 30th December, 2018. The event was a blend of various developmental workshops , discussions, capacity and team building with a variety of diligent themes for the empowerment of women. The sole motive of the campaign was to enhance and exercise the collective knowledge about various aspects of leadership for the females and by the females. The participants consisted of only females that totaled up to the figure of sixty. The Session also consisted a motivational speaker and as well as a training session with influential speakers and participants from all over Pakistan on board. The Four days event was held at different places of swat such as: Madyan, MalamJabba , Bahrain, Marghuzar and Fizagat. One of the training sessions was delivered by our very own Misbah Faiz CEO of khawateen rozgar services

Institute of Nursing & Sciences KMU.

The Seminar took place on 20th December 2018 at Institute of Nursing & Sciences KMU, KPK. The interactive session included activities about the maneuvering and polishing of skills needed to outstand in the job market. The participants shared their concerns regarding the problems they were facing such as the perception of local community about the nurses as they have been the target of various social stigmas contributing to the reputation of nurses. The general response of the participant turned out to be very engaging and positive. The females were able to exhibit an appreciable understanding after the session was over. We came to know that most of the nurses knew about the basics of ICT and were willing to use a platform like khawateen rozgar services to opt for sophisticated opportunities
